At In the Middle, we’re more than just a thrift store — we’re a small business built on creativity, community, and connection. We’re passionate about helping our sellers succeed and creating a welcoming experience for every shopper who walks through our doors. Starting Pay $15/hour, with opportuitues to earn additional incentives. . Wre building something special and we want our team to grow with us.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is responsible, dependable, and brings positive energy to the floor. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, takes initiative, and thrives in a team setting. You must be able to balance attention to detail with friendly, upbeat customer service.
This position requires a combination of set availability and schedule flexibility, as well as comfort with hands-on tasks like moving inventory and assisting with booth setups and takedowns.
Requirements & Responsibilities:

Must be available for daytime shifts within store hours:
Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sun: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM -
Must be able to work both opening shifts (beginning at 9:30 AM) and closing shifts (until approximately 6:30 PM)

Help with booth setup on Saturday mornings from 7:30–10:00 AM

Assist with booth takedown on Fridays from 6:00–8:30 PM

Strong customer service and cash handling/POS experience preferred

Ability to maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the day

Willingness to support other team members and step into various roles as needed

Must be punctual, proactive, and able to work independently
